To provide students with the advanced research skills needed to identify and define business information needs, and to select and implement strategies and validated methods for obtaining, analysing, and reporting that information.
Topics include researching and identifying business decision-makers’ information needs, desk research, research design, survey research methods, qualitative research, quantitative research, analysis methods, and reporting research findings.
