The course aims to provide managers with a broad understanding of legal issues that may arise in business dealings with a wide range of stakeholders, including business partners, financiers, employees, contractors, customers, competitors, regulators and the public. In doing so, the course challenges students to consider how legal risks can be minimised whilst simultaneously achieving value-enhancing organisational objectives.
