Course aim

This course aims to enable students to creatively apply marketing concepts and principles to tourism and hospitality businesses.

Course content

Experiential marketing, strategic marketing, tourism and hospitality market analysis, the tourist decision-making process, relationship marketing, the marketing environment, distribution channels, experience-based tourism and hospitality product development, promoting tourism and hospitality products: domestic and international strategies, destination marketing.
