Course aim

This course provides students with a theoretical and practical knowledge of organisational behaviour and the psychology of individuals and groups, including motivation and leadership. Students will be able to apply these concepts and strategies to facilitate desired outcomes in the workplace.

Course content

Organisational behaviour and management; individual people issues and group factors; workplace design; managing and leading in organisations; staff motivation; the psychology of individuals and groups in an organisational context; managing, motivating and mentoring as a managers.
