Entry Pathways and Admissions Criteria

Year 12 entry

For those whose highest level of study is Year 12. Entry may be assessed on Selection Rank (ATAR) or Year 12 Grades.

TAFE/Vocational Education Training (VET) Entry

For those whose highest level of study since Year 12 is a Vocational Education Training (VET) or TAFE course.

Higher Education Study

For those who have completed or partially completed a higher education course since finishing secondary education. A Grade Point Average (GPA) or equivalent is assessed for entry.

Work and Life Experience - STAT

For those with no higher education study, Vocational Education Training or Year 12 results, or whose results may not be competitive for their degree of interest, you may qualify with a Skills for Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT).

Work and Life Experience - Foundation & Diplomas

For those with no higher education study, Vocational Education Training or Year 12 results, or whose results may not be competitive for their degree of interest, you may qualify through study of a UniSA College or equivalent bridging program.

Guaranteed Entry

UniSA offers guaranteed entry into many degrees for Year 12 students and Vocational Education Training (VET) graduates.
