STEM Work Experience.jpgUniSA STEM links engineering, mathematics, science, defence, cybersecurity, construction management, environmental science, aviation, information management, information technology, and project management, harnessing the connections across disciplines to bring big ideas to fruition through research.

Our core technical teams provide service and support for research equipment and facilities covering chemical and biological sciences; electrical and electronic engineering and information technology; and mechanical, civil and environmental engineering.

During the STEM Work Experience Week, students will spend a day with each technical team and in our labs which may include Laser Photonics, Advanced Manufacturing and the Industry 4.0 TestLab. Each day includes a mix of knowledge sharing, demonstrations and hands-on activities for the students.

The program runs across five days during the July school holidays.

Students are expected to attend the entire program, approximately 9:00am-4:00pm each day, so please ensure you are available for the full duration of the program before applying.

Applications close on 30 April each year.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome by 31 May.
