Explore UniSA

During their decision-making process, we encourage you and your student to explore UniSA to learn about the benefits of studying with us! Attending UniSA’s Open Days, campus events, tours or tuning into one of our webinars are great options to gain further insight into what we offer.

Choosing a study program

After your student has identified their interests, explored what UniSA has to offer and chosen their career path, it’s time to choose a program to study. UniSA has a large variety of study options to suit each students unique pathway. Once your student has chosen the program that suits them, they can get started with their application! We have some helpful resources to help students navigate the application process.

Life at UniSA

We understand that the transition from school to university can be challenging for some students, which is why we provide full support for students from their first day of orientation all the way through to their graduation day. Along with student support, UniSA provides great opportunities for students to get involved, meet new people, and create unforgettable memories throughout their university journey! From clubs and societies, sport teams, to events on campus, there’s so much for students to get involved in to enrich their time at UniSA.

University costs

The costs of university will be different for everyone. At UniSA students are offered either a 'Commonwealth supported place' or a 'fee-paying place'. A Commonwealth supported place means that the Australian Government contributes to the costs and the student pays a 'student contribution', which can be deferred to a HECS-HELP loan. Check out our Fees and Finances webpage for more detail. We encourage students to explore and apply for scholarships, which are available for many programs and for students in all different circumstances. UniSA also supports students relocating to Adelaide with finding accommodation that suits them.
