Management processes, building operations, facilities management, rent and expenses schedules, trust accounts and other key management areas including the interpretation and administration of commercial leases, budgeting, presenting at tribunals, an overview of asset management techniques for value maintenance and assessment and application of local and national legislation for real estate practice.
