To provide students with an understanding of how property theory may be applied to solve real world problems arising in property practice.
Investigation of issues arising in property investment, development, valuation, management and marketing through case study examples and investigation of matters arising from property valuation and contemporary developments in related disciplines. Consolidation of property theory taught in prerequisite courses through application to hypothetical and real-world scenarios in property practice.
