To enable students to apply the principles, methods and practice of commercial property valuation.
The application of valuation techniques, including the use of discounted cash flow analysis, utilising appropriate industry software; financial concepts and methodologies underlying the income approach to property valuation; freehold and leasehold analysis; investment and development analysis; and profit based valuations including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, cinemas, care homes etc.
