Course aim

To introduce students to historical and emerging theoretical constructs, philosophies and approaches to organising and managing, and critically analyse their relationship with organisational communication.

Course content

Organisational complexity, culture, climate, structures and change management and the effect of the management function and organisational behaviour context on contemporary public relations practice.
