The aim of this course is for the student to consider how to transfer new knowledge and skills to peer workers and examine the impact it has on the organisation.
The student will review the advanced/extended knowledge and skills they acquired in Health Science Advanced Skills Project course (HLTH 5146), and investigate the relevance to these skills to the workplace, if there is any organisational change to accommodate and a plan to disseminate the new knowledge and skills to workers.
