The aim of this course is to enable students to extend or advance skills in health sciences which are relevant to the individual’s field of expertise and/or practice and which are not offered, or not covered in the depth required by individual students, within other courses.
The student will undertake a negotiated workplace learning project to develop advanced or extended skills. Content will vary according to the individual student's learning contract.

The student will identify an academic or clinical mentor who is qualified to assess the student's performance.
The student must have support from a senior (executive) level in their workplace to undertake the project.
