Course aim

To develop an understanding of how IT projects are managed and controlled in order to maximise project outcomes, including quality and business value.

Course content

IT project management context and processes; the role of the project manager; project integration, scope, time, cost, quality and resource management; risk management; quality management; change management; managing the IT project life cycle; project management techniques and procedures; benchmarking and evaluating success/failure.
