Course aim

Accounting for Decision Making has been designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge to be able to utilise accounting information to improve their performance as managers.

Course content

The role and nature of accounting; financial reporting; ratio analysis; management accounting systems; budgeting and control; costing of products and services, social, environmental and ethical reporting.
