Course aim

Undertake performance management compensation processes that establish what is to be achieved, and how it is to be achieved, and approaches to managing and compensating people that increases the probability of achieving success within a global context.

Course content

Performance management, performance appraisal, strategic intent, reward systems, organisational and individual performance, methods of performance appraisal, organisations as systems, coaching and reviewing performance, managing global performance, goal setting and measurement monitoring and analysing performance, performance improvement, managing unsatisfactory performance, skills for managing performance.
