This capstone course enables students to develop an insightful understanding of organisational strategies and the concepts upon which they are built.
Examine strategic concepts and the application of analytical tools; strategy formulation and implementation; competitive advantage; problem solving and decision making; creative thinking, innovation and alternative strategic concepts; managing paradox; globalisation; international strategy, emerging markets; environmental scanning; internal resources and environments; business, corporate and network level strategy.
