To equip students to master project management processes used during the phases of the project life cycle and to be able to effectively manage, produce, complete and deliver a business project on time, within budget, and within scope.
A business project designed to develop project management skills including the management of project risks. Project planning and control. The principles of scheduling techniques with the introduction of project management tools. Budgeting and cost estimates, timeline and milestone indicators, and risk minimisation contingencies. Resource allocation. Use of strategic methodology and selecting an appropriate project approach. Project closure and reporting techniques.
