Course aim
Building on the knowledge deriving from participation in the introductory courses on politics, students will develop skills in critical analysis and the ability to interpret the significance of current events using various theories of international relations.
Course content
The course revolves around the study of theories of International Relations emphasizing the relation between theory and practice. Students will have the opportunities to debate the strengths and weakness of theories in action. The case studies of these debates includes contemporary events, international and civil wars.
