Description

The Management major/minor prepares students with the knowledge and skills required for managing and leading organizations and its people in a dynamic, highly competitive, multiple stakeholder, and global business environment. Flexible and adaptive management approaches are also explored. The program suits students wanting to manage both for, and not-for-profit businesses and organizations. The management program allows for flexibility in focus and modes of study. Areas of particular interest to students available includes organizational communication, human resource management, organizational behaviour, entrepreneurship, strategic management, and leadership.
