Major, Minor, Sub-Major
This major provides students with an understanding of contemporary developments and trends in employment relations theory and practice. Analytical skills are developed in relation to the knowledge and theory of human resource management, industrial relations and occupational health and safety. International and comparative dimensions are studied as well as Australian developments.
