Aim

The Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of International Relations double degree program develops in students:

  • knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to work as productive and socially responsible managers in a global and multicutural environment;
  • knowledge of and a capacity for informed analysis in international relations and intercultural comparative studies; and
  • basic communication skills in a foreign language.

Content & Structure

The Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of International Relations double degree requires completion of courses totalling 144 units.

The double degree program consists of:

  • a Division Business core of eight courses (36 units);
  • a professional major sequence of eight courses (including a management elective course) specific to the Bachelor of Management (chosen from one of the two streams: International Management; or Operations Management) (36 units);
  • an International Relations professional major sequence of eight courses (36 units);
  • four courses in an approved language (18 units); and
  • an International Study Experience or a Hawke Ambassador International Volunteer Experience of four World Politics courses (18 units).

From 4 August 2025, the University of South Australia will no longer be accepting applications for new students. Study at Adelaide University.
