Entrants to the program shall normally hold:
- A completed Bachelors degree with a GPA of 4*; or
- A completed Graduate Certificate in a related discipline with a GPA of 4*.
* A GPA of 4 refers to the UniSA grading scale which has a range of 1 - 7, other Australian and international grading scales will be considered.

Aim

The program provides postgraduate level education in valuation, real estate, property management and land administration for graduates, and provides specialist education for the practising property professional.

Content & Structure

The program contains a wide variety of real estate related courses which are all optional, enabling students to select a study program to meet their own objectives in the context of their previous qualification. The program schedule forms a list of possible courses from which students may select a program of 36 units, to be approved by the Program Director.

Rules & notes

Rules

1. Students must select eight courses from the program schedule.

2. The program of study chosen must be approved by the Program Director.

3. No course from the program schedule which is substantially equivalent to a course taken in gaining another award may be included in the program of study.

4. Students who have taken for another postgraduate award, courses which are substantially equivalent to courses from the program schedule, may be granted 4.5 units per course of credit up to a maximum of 9 unts (2 courses) with the approval of the Program Director.

5. The Program Director may approve variations to the program of studies for a student by substituting courses from the program schedule with courses from other graduate level programs in this or another university.

Notes

1. Not all courses will be offered every year.

2. Property Project M can only be taken if students have first completed Property Research G or an equivalent course with the approval of the Program Director.

3. This program is offered in external mode only.
