Aim

The aim of this program is to develop basic knowledge and skills in the analysis of Human Factors issues and the development of Safety Management Systems.

Content & Structure

Human Factors is a multi-disciplinary applied science that integrates the fields of psychology, engineering, ergonomics, management and industrial design. Human Factors is primarily concerned with the interaction between humans and the socio-technical systems with which they work. The program comprises three compulsory courses and one elective course. Each course is worth 4.5 units, and a total of 18 units are required to complete the program.
