Aim

The Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management is designed as a first postgraduate management degree for the international hospitality industry. It concentrates on the hospitality industry by providing a full understanding of that discipline as it relates to management. The program aims to produce graduates with a management skill base applicable to the international hospitality industry that allows them clear career and promotion capabilities.

Content & Structure

The Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management is a 72 unit program and has an EFT load of 2.0 years. There is a final course which includes an industry work placement and will be done over one study period.
