Entry requirements
For admission to the Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management, prospective students must satisfy the following:
- A successfully completed undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution; or
- Completed the Le Cordon Bleu Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management.
* Normally applicants who have completed a bachelors degree with a grade point average of 4** or better will be recognised for entry.
** A GPA of 4 refers to the UniSA grading scale which has a range of 1 - 7, other Australian and international grading scales will be considered.

Aim

The Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management is designed as a first postgraduate management degree for the international hospitality industry. It concentrates on the hospitality industry by providing a full understanding of that discipline as it relates to management. The program aims to produce graduates with a management skill base applicable to the international hospitality industry that allows them clear career and promotion capabilities.

Content & Structure

The Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management is a 72 unit program and has an EFT load of 2.0 years. There is a final course which includes an industry work placement and will be done over one study period.
