To engage students with the frameworks and methodologies associated with implementing digital led business transformation opportunities, and to equip students to undertake value case analysis.
Transforming business with digital technologies requires the use of different frameworks, approaches, and techniques. We will introduce different methodologies commonly used when implementing digital technologies. Approaches for defining value will be used to assess potential digital transformation opportunities. Examples from Accenture projects and initiatives will be used to demonstrate how the methodologies are used to implement digital opportunities.
