Course aim

To provide students with a practical experience in enterprise formation. This course will also create new collaborations and connections between students and industry mentors and expert advisers through the Innovation & Collaboration Centre – UniSA’s startup incubator.

Course content

This course is designed to equip students with the applied knowledge, practical tools and expertise to develop and design a scalable and innovative business model for a new concept. Incorporating a blend of advanced business model design, design thinking and ideation, expert guest presentations from founders and pitch development, students will be guided through a unique three-part course that commences with a series of ideation and team formation workshops, moving into a two-day intensive experience culminating with a pitch presentation, and concluding with a reflection phase to consolidate and define the strategy for moving the concept forward.
