Course aim

To provide students with the ability to evaluate and analyse property investment decisions by businesses.

Course content

Relevant accounting standards for balance sheet and income statement, lease interpretation, rental determination, property agency and brokerage practice, investment property management, building, facility and asset management, common building defects, building insurance, local property market analysis and information, data collection, computer applications for property investment analysis.
