An introduction to the concepts of the theory of land planning, subdivision and land development in both an Australian and an international context. Land Valuation. Residential subdivision design, urban design issues and practice. Stakeholder assessment. Engineering aspects of subdivision. Planning aspects of subdivision. Local and international case studies in land development.
