To further develop students' knowledge and skills in a range of interactive and design structures to ensure that websites and other created artefacts are visually well designed and compliant with web standards, and still reflect best practice.
Web Design and Development will build upon a student’s knowledge of website construction by introducing a range of interactive features that enhance the user experience. Students will develop knowledge of industry-standard software in both the design and development phase of these interactive websites. The resulting websites will demonstrate a knowledge of and conformance to web standards that drive industry.
