To build on students' conceptual and practical knowledge of learning to understand how workplaces and work can be organised and developed as learning sites as part of overall workforce development strategies.
The students will develop critical perspectives on the role and function of workplaces as sites for human capability development. The students will design and execute a case study examining the organisation and facilitation of learning in a workplace of their choice.
