Course aim

To expand preservice teachers' application of the curriculum in the senior years of schooling for Science and Mathematics and enhance their capability for teaching and learning within this context.

Course content

Preservice teachers will advance and apply teaching, learning and assessment methodologies appropriate for senior secondary Science and Mathematics. They will interpret relevant senior years curriculum documents and structures as the foundation for planning, teaching and assessing student learning which is technology enhanced. Preservice teachers will draw on an array of pedagogies and apply these in their practice.
