To build on students as pre-service teachers’ understanding of the spectrum of pedagogical considerations needed for effective Design and Technology teaching.
Students as pre-service teachers will build on their knowledge of Design and Technology through the practical application of learning and teaching theories in a range of technological teaching settings. Through practical demonstration students as pre-service teachers will further develop their communication, organisational, assessment and resource management skills. An exploration of curriculum documentation will also occur throughout the course.
