To provide an industry based learning experience for students to apply, investigate and analyse concepts, theories and knowledge gained during study of industry practice.
This course will provide an opportunity to apply and integrate knowledge from diverse discipline areas within the MIHM program to a hospitality organisation. Principles of action based project management will be utilised. Systematic frameworks for industry analysis and evaluation will be explored and applied within the context and framework of actual work experience within a hospitality organisation.
