Real Property Law

Course aim

The aim of this course is to ensure that students have sufficient knowledge and skills to enable them to describe and demonstrate knowledge of the range of proprietary interests that exist in land including freehold and leasehold estates, mortgages, freehold covenants and easements. The course builds on knowledge and skills gained by students in Property Law: General and provides a basis for the study of specialised areas, such as securities and leases.
