To provide students with an understanding of contemporary pharmacotherapeutics.
The syllabus involves the development of knowledge in the science of drug treatment of human disease, pharmacotherapeutics, in the following health discipline areas: Cardiology ; Endocrinology; Respiratory medicine; Rheumatology; Dermatology; for each of these discipline areas, specific conditions managed with pharmacotherapeutic modalities will be addressed.
