To develop students’ ability to apply contemporary pharmacotherapeutics knowledge to the individual patient in actual or simulated practice settings.
Clinical application of knowledge of pharmacotherapeutics to optimise health outcomes for individual patients in the following health discipline areas: Cardiology; Respiratory medicine; Endocrinology; Gastroenterology; Nephrology and urology; Dermatology; Ophthalmology. For each of these discipline areas, specific conditions managed with pharmacotherapeutic modalities will be addressed.
