Course aim

The aim of this course is to examine how the physical environment can be designed and managed to achieve desired event outcomes for businesses and consumers. Through the lens of environmental management, it recognises that event experiences are shaped by physical settings on a range of spatial scales.

The cultural landscape; creative places; eventful cities; destination art; venues and services management; servicescapes; service quality; facilities management; selling space; connecting with place; eventscapes.
