The course aims to develop strategies and expertise that can be brought to the management of negotiation and conflict contexts in practical and analytical ways. It will do so, by focusing upon critical influences such as, personality, culture, values, communication and mediation.
This course develops analytical skills through the application of research and academic literature to professional contexts in relation to negotiation and conflict management. It does so by evaluating the influence of factors such as culture, personality, perceptions and communication and using these insights to develop plan for conflict resolution in practical situations and case studies.
