Course aim

To explore the theories used and the latest developments in the field of entrepreneurship and apply them in analysing and critiquing a case situation.

Course content

Entrepreneurial leaders and their environments; conceptual foundations of entrepreneurship; entrepreneurial characteristics and the entrepreneurial process; creativity, innovation and opportunity recognition; mobilising resources and writing business plans; financing entrepreneurial ventures; managing rapid growth; harvesting a business; corporate entrepreneurship.
