Course aim

To encourage students to acquire practical work-place experience, and provide an opportunity to relate and integrate course material in practical situations.

Course content

The course focuses on understanding the role of positioning, networking, CVs and addressing job specifications when applying for jobs. Students choose and complete an appropriate 40hrs discipline related placement and attend two workshops on career planning.
