Course aim

To provide an opportunity for students to apply, integrate and further develop their skills of field observation, data collection and analysis within the context of an environmental problem.

Course content

Field procedures, OHS, environmental and cultural considerations. Students will work in groups in a field setting to investigate and record geospatial, environmental (e.g. vegetation, soil, geological) and cultural information related to an environmental problem. Processing and interpretation of data. Reporting of data and interpretations.
