Course aim

To enable students to undertake performance management that establishes outcomes to be achieved and approaches to developing, appraising, and managing people that increase the probability of achieving success within an international context.

Course content

Performance management, performance appraisal, strategic integration, compensation and reward systems, organisational level of performance, the process level of performance, the job/performer level of performance, methods of performance appraisal, 360 degree feedback, creating a performance-based human resource management function, designing a performance management system, coaching, mentoring and improving performance, managing global performance.
