The aims of this course are to introduce the professional approach to financial management, assist students in mastering the skill of financial analysis in real business situations, and to further enhance the students’ knowledge of business finance.
Business financial objective, concepts and decisions; investment and valuation, project evaluation; risk and return and portfolio theory; asset pricing theories, cost of capital; efficient market theory and financing decisions; capital structure decisions; and dividend payout decisions.
