To examine and critique contemporary sources for leading change in the contemporary Catholic School with a focus on deepening appreciation of values, ethos and the ethical nature of schooling.
Culture; appreciation of the social and cultural values of the students; leadership in curriculum development, integration of values; maintaining school community values and relationships; staff development and supervision; integrating values and political and financial realities; the ethical challenges of school leadership, leading processes of school change; leading the curriculum; interaction with larger educational organisations and authorities; articulating the values of Catholic education.
