Course aim

The aim of this course is to provide students with the skills and knowledge to become effective managers and leaders in dynamic and politicised healthcare systems and organisations.

Historical and contemporary management and leadership theories and practices; critical thinking and analysis; creative problem solving; developing organisational capacity and capability; managing cultural diversity; systems thinking and management; career management.
