International Graduate School Of Business
This course builds on the Competitive Strategy course. It addresses the challenges facing executives of multi-business firms who need to deal with increasing community expectations for economic, societal and environmental sustainability of their organisations. The course starts with the issues of economic sustainability by exploring the various forms of corporate strategies and how they create value. It then moves on to the broader role of the corporation in society by focusing on the issues of corporate social responsibility, ethics, corporate governance and environmental responsibility.
