To enable students to plan and design water supply, wastewater management and stormwater management systems to new developments, or to assess the capabilities of existing systems for future expansions.
Students will be given a design brief of a new development and are asked to design Water Supply, Stormwater management and wastewater management systems. A UniSA staff member will provide supporting tutorials on software applications, while work on the projects will be co-supervised by both UniSA staff and by engineering consultants from industry who were engaged on the original design projects. Students will work in groups of five for completing the design.
