To develop students’ ability in concept/image generation for communication and enhance students’ ability to research and analyse design briefs so as to design appropriate responses.
Methods of graphic, illustration and typographic design; technical processes and design production; problem identification, techniques of analysis and response to design briefs; analysis and research into legibility, readability and image development for effective visual communication solutions in formats appropriate to context.
