Course aim

To familiarise students with critical variables contributing to effective people management and to develop their people management skills and knowledge.

Course content

Introduction to organisations and organisational behaviour, global and cultural diversity, foundations of individual behaviour, perception, learning, adaptation, values, attitudes, job satisfaction, stress, motivation, individual perceptions of work related outcomes; groups and teams, team building, interpersonal communication, organisations and organisation processes, culture; leadership in organisations.
